I promised to send photos of my favorite ice cream shop in Havana. It’s called 17 y L, which is also its address in Vedado. A waffle cone with one big scoop is 450 pesos (about one US dollar). The facility has a light meal restaurant and a grocery store. The best thing is a play space for kids and lots of relaxing seating for adults.
